Weather Radio Review provides a one-year warranty on any manufacturing defects for footwear and six months for apparel and accessories from the date of purchase purchased from Weather Radio Reviewer, a Weather Radio Review authorized retailer.
The Weather Radio Review warranty program does not cover defects due to improper fit, everyday wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
Warranty for Weather Radio Review
We understand the importance of having a reliable and durable product at Weather Radio Review. That’s why we offer a Limited Warranty on all our weather radios to ensure you get the most out of your purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and artistry. It’s valid for one year from the date of purchase and covers all parts and labor.
What’s Covered Under The Warranty?
This warranty covers any defects in materials or quality of the weather radio. This includes any malfunctioning components, defective parts, and defects in the radio’s construction.
It also covers any service or repair needed to fix these issues. We will take care of all the labor costs involved in fixing any defects or malfunctions of the radio.
What’s Not Covered Under The Warranty?
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, or accidents. It also does not cover any cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.
It also does not cover any damage caused by modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs. Any damage caused by these activities is not covered under warranty.
How To Make A Claim

• Your name and contact information
• The date of purchase
• The serial number of the radio
• A detailed description of the issue

LIMITED WARRANTY
Weather Radio Review Corporation (“Weather Radio Review”) warrants that its footwear products will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from purchase, and its apparel and accessories products will be free from manufacturing defects for six months from the date of purchase.
Weather Radio Review products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who must follow Weather Radio Review’s policies and procedures.
This warranty applies only to Weather Radio Review products purchased from Weather Radio Reviewer, a Weather Radio Review -authorized retailer, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Weather Radio Review reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers about products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
This warranty does not cover any defects due to improper fit, everyday wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
Purchasers of products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a product defect should submit a claim to Weather Radio Review via email, which can be found here. Weather Radio Review will repair or replace a defective product covered by this limited warranty.
There are no warranties that extend beyond those indicated herein. Any implied warranties that may apply to the products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Under no circumstances shall Weather Radio Review be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.
